Our Story

B.Y. in B.Y. Faith stands for Building Youth, because we believe that when you plant even the smallest seed of belief in a young person, it can grow into something extraordinary.

The idea behind B.Y. Faith is simple but powerful: when young people are given opportunities, support, and encouragement, they will rise to meet their potential. Just as a seed needs the right conditions to grow, youth thrive when their communities invest in them.

We created B.Y. Faith to be a place where those seeds of belief are planted every day, through programs that open doors, remove barriers, and create meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, explore, and lead.

From our flagship initiative, B.Y. Funding, to future programs in enrichment, and beyond, everything we do starts with one core idea:
